Jag tror att vi alla behöver inspireras. Inspiration för mig är när jag upplever någonting som ger mig glädje, energi och lite jävlar anamma. Jag kan hitta inspiration i så många olika saker. En skogspromenad med hundarna, eller en ridtur. Att gräva i trädgården och ”flytta” saker. (C säger att jag flyttar saker och ser det som att jag gör något, men i själva verket flyttas det bara runt för att sen hamna på samma plats igen. Jag tycker han har fel, jag FIXAR ju!) Liksom ett leende i kassan på mataffären. Eller att träffa människor som är duktiga på det de gör. Jag upplever att inspirationen har många olika ansikten. En del rör sådant som man gör på fritiden, annat på jobbet.

I vissa perioder när det är stressigt kan jag komma på mig själv med att inte vara mottaglig för inspiration. Jag har lixom så fullt upp med det jag håller på med, att jag glömmer av att hålla den sidan öppen hos mig. Jag tror det är viktigt att man ger sig själv tid till att inspireras. Att reflektera och framför allt att njuta.

Jag har skrivit om det innan, om det här med att vara snäll mot sig själv. Att ge sig själv tid för inspiration är en del i det här tycker jag. Och jag jobbar varje dag på att vara lite bättre än igår. Lite snällare mot mig själv. Inte stänga ute världen med alla intryck och missa all inspiration som finns. Så, nu den senaste tiden har jag verkligen försökt ta alla tillfällen i akt för att inspireras.

För ett några veckor sedan var jag på konferens i Stockholm med nätverket Academic of Exellence som jag är med i (vill ni andra inspireras, kolla upp Therese Albrechtsson, alltså vilken tjej! Hon har startat ett gäng olika företag, och vunnit mängder med priser för sitt entreprenörskap. Hon är en INSPIRATION!) Jag hade super mycket på jobbet, och tanken att hoppa över dessa dagar var lockande. Jag skulle ju göra vettiga saker som att jobba och inte flumma runt för att inspireras. Såhär i efterhand så ångrar jag inte en sekund att jag åkte! Jag fick möjlighet att träffa ett trettiotal andra företagare, alla med sin historia, sina med och motgångar, drömmar och mål. Som chef blir man ofta lite ensam i sin roll. Inte så att det bli tyst i fikarummet när man kommer, men det är ändå en viss distans mellan sin chef och sina arbetskamrater. Påväg hem kände jag sån glädje och tacksamhet över vad denna resa gett mig. Jag är övertygad om att en del kontakter är för livet. För mig blir sådana möten min möjlighet att vara en arbetskamrat. En i gänget.

För någon vecka sedan var jag också på ett mingel i stan som handlade om aktier (jag fick möjlighet att vara med via bolaget jag handlar med aktier hos), kvinnliga entreprenörer och nätverk. För hur man än vrider och vänder på det så är det skillnad mellan män och kvinnor. Vi tänker olika i det mesta, med det sagt är ingen bättre eller sämre. Bara olika. Kvinnor tex tenderar att köpa aktier i de bolag man ”känner” för. Män köper mer på siffror. Utfallet? Ja typ samma. Men åter till inspirationen. De som höll i denna dag var kvinnor inom finansvärlden, entreprenörer, jurister och ekonomer. Alla hade lyckats med det som de åtagit sig. Men, de hade också mött motgångar. Gjort fel. Resan är inte rak. Den som tror det, ska tänka om. De största lyckandena har växt ur motgångar. Alltså, hur bra gick det för apple i starten? När de satt i ett garage med ingenting? Gav de upp? Jag tror alla vet svaret på den frågan.

Att få ta del av andras resor, upplevelser, berg och dalar, är en sådan enorm inspiration för mig. Jag vet mycket väl att livet inte är en dans på rosor. Jag vet att de som lyckas har jobbat hårt. Tyvärr via många sociala medier får man en bild av att andras är som om de levde på små moln, allt är rosa och gulle-gull. Om man tänker efter, hur många lägger upp en bild när det är skit? När man grinat, och man typ sålt smöret och tappat pengarna? För, det är ju lixom roligare att skryta om hur fint man har det. När man dricker bubbel, firar, skrattar och njuter. Gör man det varje dag? Ja förhoppningsvis någon stund, men inte hela tiden. Det är lätt att glömma av. Just därför är det så fantastiskt att ta del av andras upplevelser. Med och motgångar. Sådana där kloka människor som jag brukar skriva om, säger att det är inte medgångarna som visar vem man är, det är hur man hanterar motgångarna. Rätt fint ändå. För mig är det väldigt inspirerande att inse att vi alla sitter i samma båt. Livet är inte bara fluffigt och fint.

Och det är inte bara i min värld det växer berg. Tur dynamiten är uppfunnen...
